Featuring a mellow flex alongside our comfy asymmetric design, the Muon is a great value binding for riders looking to up their game. We’ve dialed in a ton of heel-to-toe response, using off-axis power beams to deliver energy more efficiently into the edge, but it's less stiff laterally – which makes it perfect for learning presses or styling out grabs, and more forgiving if your technique is less than perfect. A solid all rounder.

BASEPLATE: Nylon+ Axis Unibase - The Axis Unibase features a fixed heelcup perfectly matched to Nidecker boots. Its asymmetrical design with off-axis PowerBeams boosts edge control, while rockered corners maintain natural board flex. 30% Glass Fiber / 70% Nylon

HIGHBACK: Nylon Meson - Our asym Meson hiback is designed to perfectly fit the contours of your boot. Tight contact at the spine and curved sides generate extra control, while the medium-flex is ideal for surfy turns and all-mountain creativity. 100% Nylon

Construction + Materials

BUCKLES: Proton Ratchet - Lightweight and easy to use, the Proton Ratchet is based on the same design as the reliable Axion Ratchet but with a durable, molded composite lever.

Additional Features

Multi-Disk (4HP+Channel): Our standard Offset Multi-Disk can be mounted on four-hole or Channel inserts – without the need for an accessory disk. The hole patterns are offset from the center for more toe-heel or stance-width adjustability.

Quick-Set Latches: Adjust your straps on the medial side to fit the boot and keep them centered. Quick-Set Latches are tool-free, simple and secure, with numbers on the ladder to help you quickly dial in your setting.
