For purchases made online, start your return here:
Return Policy
Purchases made between 12/1–1/1 are eligible for return until 1/30.
Merchandise must be in new and unused condition and include all original manufacturer parts, packaging, and tags.
Online Purchases
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. A flat $10 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund for return shipping labels provided by Mount Everest.
In-Store Purchases
Merchandise can be returned within 10 days for a full refund, and within 30 days for exchange or store credit. Merchandise can be returned at any Mount Everest store location. Receipt is required.
Price Adjustment Policy
If an item goes on sale within 14 days of your purchase, we'll issue a store credit for the difference in price.
