Danimals’ signature snowboard, the Beatnik is a directional shape meant to be ridden all terrain with a freestyle approach. Built specifically to make side hits, rollers, berms, rope ollies, and top-to-bottom park laps more fun.

Construction + Core

POP-LOWNIA CORE: Pop-Lownia Core: Inspired by resort sidehits and under-the-chairlift booters, this all-mountain freestyle core features a 60/40 poplar and paulownia blend. Strategically placed paulownia strips add dampness, helping the core soak up bumps and reduce chatter across mixed terrain.

BAMBOOSTERS CARBON STRINGERS: Bamboosters are our proprietary 3D carbon wrapped bamboo stringers that are strategically placed in a milled out section of the core to enhance response and pop in the boards longitudinal flex while preserving the existing tortional flex.

TITANAL IMPACT PLATES: A thin Titanal plate is placed in a milled out section of core with strategic flex pattern cut into the alloy.

BIAX GLASS: Fiberglass layers running parallel and perpendicular inside the snowboard, offering the most torsional flex. An excellent choice for freestyle board models.

Base + Edges

SINTERED BASE: Our sintered base holds wax exceptionally well, for riders who wanna rip full-speed all over the resort. Composed of PTEX3000, a high end HDPE that is ultra-high in molecular weight and allows the boards to glide extremely well in all snow conditions.
